Fruits and vegetables are chocked full of these and so why not incorporate them into your diet? If you aren’t a vegetable person, then this is the time that you should have some in your meals. It is always a must to protect your skin from harsh elements. Always use sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays (that causes premature aging).
